茶饼是常见的两层包装,5月份出的茶,拆开一看,还是有点惊艳,用料还是讲究的,饼面匀整,条索均匀,金毫较多。压得比较紧,撬茶约7克,配180ML泡壶,每次都是满水,洗两次茶后,开水即入即出。第一泡入口,茶汤略带糯香,滑爽。第三、四泡茶味最浓,粘度高,口感饱满,传统的堆味较轻。2至6泡汤色基本一致辞,至七、八泡时基本就是醇与润的感觉。几泡下肚,通体舒畅,吹着风扇,微微出汗,半小时后,肠胃也没有提意见。泡到12泡时,汤色转红,茶味转淡。叶底油亮,有韧性,用手稍使劲捏两捏才碎。
品茶体会总体不错,新创新工艺的确有独到之处,咱老百姓喝茶其实也要求不高,原料生态点,工艺正宗点就行了,从口感上讲,这款御风应该是这几年喝到的算是高端的一款熟茶了。另外撬了块,找算醒一段时间,再看看口感的变化。
